From the beginning to today

RO-Gruppen was founded in Borås in 1982. Since then, we have developed into a construction partner delivering projects across Sweden. Our progress is built not only on experience, but also on a constant desire to improve what we do.

Today, we have 350 employees delivering projects throughout Sweden and annual revenue of SEK 2 billion.

How we create value

For us, a project is about more than delivering a completed building. It is about understanding how it will be used and making the right decisions along the way. When functionality, cost and project delivery work together, we create real value for the client.

The future is built by the curious

We believe that progress begins with curiosity. By asking questions, challenging established ways of working and thinking one step ahead, we find better solutions for our projects. It is not about ideas in theory, but about putting them into practice. That is how we improve both our projects and the way we work.

How we move forward

We develop together with our clients and through our projects. By taking responsibility at every stage and continually exploring how we can do things better, we continue to strengthen what we offer.

Our vision is clear:

We build a better world.

We achieve this by taking responsibility in our projects, contributing to sustainable solutions and creating buildings and spaces that perform well over time.
