The goal was to create a shared set of values and a brand promise that would make it possible to live up to our vision: <em data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"512\">\u201cWe want to build a better world.\u201d<\/em><br data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"515\" \/>The result was four guiding values: <strong data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"600\">Trust, Commitment, Innovation and Joy at Work<\/strong> \u2013 in Swedish abbreviated as <strong data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"637\">FENA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"809\">Because every employee was part of the process, pride in both the brand and the company grew stronger. Today, our employees are our most important brand ambassadors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"829\"><strong>Being a FENA<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1269\">\n<p data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1269\"><strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1098\">Trust<\/strong><br data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1101\" \/>A FENA builds long-term relationships and is reliable and honest with clients, colleagues, and leaders. A FENA values keeping promises and always following through.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1459\">\n<p data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1459\"><strong data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1287\">Commitment<\/strong><br data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1290\" \/>A FENA always strives to do their best and to inspire engagement in others. A FENA communicates clearly and listens carefully to the needs of clients and colleagues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<p data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1679\"><strong data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1477\">Innovation<\/strong><br data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1480\" \/>A FENA \u201clikes differences,\u201d listens to diverse perspectives, and welcomes new ideas and approaches that enable new solutions. This requires a team-first mindset: <em data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1677\">the team before the individual.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1879\">\n<p data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1879\"><strong data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1698\">Joy at Work<\/strong><br data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1701\" \/>A FENA contributes to the open dialogue and involvement that shape our culture. All employees have the opportunity to nominate their peers.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dIt was so much fun! I was surprised by how incredibly rewarding it felt. It\u2019s about being proud of yourself and being part of FENA, about actually contributing to something tangible.
