CEO’s Statement

During the year, we continued to develop our organisation and working methods. Today, we are even stronger, with broader expertise, great commitment and increased capacity to take on larger and more complex projects across Sweden.

The construction and property sector is undergoing a period of change. Carbon-reduction requirements, new regulations and greater economic uncertainty are placing higher demands on both efficiency and responsibility in construction projects.
For us at RO-Gruppen, these developments mean continuing to strengthen our organisation and working methods so that we can deliver projects that meet both commercial and sustainability requirements.

A stronger organisation with greater capacity
During the year, we took several important steps in our strategic growth. By recruiting new expertise, establishing a new business area in Malmö and acquiring Brantås Bygg AB, we have grown and broadened our knowledge base.

In 2025, we welcomed more than one hundred new colleagues to the Group. Together, they strengthen our ability to deliver larger and more complex projects. At the same time, we continue to work closely with our clients and partners on every assignment. The combination of local presence, broad expertise and close collaboration throughout our projects is one of our greatest strengths and essential to creating value in every construction project.

Sustainability as part of every project
For us, sustainability is an integral part of our business. It concerns how we reduce the carbon footprint of our projects, create safe workplaces and build long-term value for our clients.

In our construction projects, we work systematically to reduce carbon emissions through carbon calculations, material choices and increased reuse. By working closely with clients and suppliers, we can identify solutions that both reduce emissions and create financial value in our projects.
We are also seeing increasing demand from clients for sustainable solutions. This drives progress and creates new opportunities to combine technical innovation with commercial value.

The people behind our results
People are behind every successful project. The expertise, commitment and ambition of our employees are essential to our long-term success. During the year, we continued to invest in leadership, professional development and a working environment where people can grow and thrive. This is essential to delivering quality in our projects and remaining an attractive employer within the industry.

A strong foundation for the future
As we reflect on the year, we do so with an organisation that has grown in both size and strength. We have built capacity for the future, deepened our expertise and continued to develop our working methods.
