Proof of our strong and healthy work environment is found in the results of our employee surveys. We score high across all areas, far above the industry average.
One example is our eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score – willingness to recommend one’s employer) which averaged 64 in 2022. The scale ranges from -100 to 100, where anything above 50 is considered extremely high. In comparison, companies in our industry using the same tool average 15. Even as we have grown in both employee numbers and turnover, we have continued to increase our eNPS score.

Clear and supportive leadership
We have high ambitions for leadership – it is one of our top focus areas. At RO-Gruppen, everyone should feel included, safe, and valued. That requires leaders who are present, available, and attentive to employees’ situations.
A key part of our leadership is actively showing care, which builds trust and confidence. This is one of the most important conditions for building a healthy organization. Leaders also receive tools to help employees grow both personally and professionally.

All employees who lead others in their daily work at RO-Gruppen take part in a six-day tailored leadership program developed in collaboration with IHM Business School. The program is based on our FENA values and provides tools to help leaders better understand themselves and their teams.
In addition to the program, we arrange Leadership Days several times a year, called RO Leadership Days, where our managers practice leadership together and share experiences.
