The year in review

The construction industry in 2024 was characterized by declining demand, increased competition, and a continued challenging economic climate. Despite these market conditions, the Group managed to maintain a stable business with solid profitability. Our ability to build strong customer relationships, combined with dedicated employees and efficient working methods, has kept us resilient through the challenges.

Our growth journey in 2024 was marked by expansion, with new establishments in Örebro and Östergötland. These long-term investments have impacted our results for the year but are already showing strong signals of future volume growth.

Turnover for 2024 was slightly lower than in 2023, mainly due to weaker market demand. Profit was also somewhat lower, primarily as a result of investments in new markets.

Strong order book and continued expansion

We have a positive outlook for the years ahead. Intensive efforts in project development and customer relations have resulted in strong order intake at the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025. Our order book is now higher than ever, reaching SEK 1,976 million as of May 2025. This provides us with a solid foundation for future growth and stability in the coming years.

Our growth strategy is built on balance – growth should never come at the expense of profitability or financial strength. We aim to establish solid volume and profitability in our new markets while continuing to develop our more established business areas.

Following our expansions in Örebro and Östergötland, we are now present in seven locations across Sweden and have clear plans to continue establishing ourselves in new markets. Our goal of becoming one of Sweden’s ten largest construction companies remains firm, as we strengthen our market position and increase our market share.
