RO-Gruppen listed as one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces for the third year in a row.

On 27 March, Sweden’s Best Workplaces for 2019 were announced. The award was handed out by Great Place to Work, which is renowned as being the foremost mark of quality for employers in the world. And now RO-Gruppen is being honoured with a place on this prestigious list for the third year in a row.

RO-Gruppen HR Manager Maria Sigfridson had the following to say:

“For us, this is proof that we have a good and effective workplace where people are truly happy. Making the list of Sweden’s Best Workplaces year after year is proof of our stability and long-term perspective, as well as proof that our investment in people is absolutely the right thing.”

SEK 1 billion in sales reached in 2018

The construction company RO-Gruppen is expanding. Sales increased to SEK 1.33 billion in 2018, and the workforce is continuing to grow. The figures are the result of dedicated efforts in which the trust of customers is both valued and honed. RO-Gruppen Vice President Pär Jorstadius emphasises the importance of the company’s customers to its success, as well as targeted efforts in relation to its corporate culture. Happy employees mean better work, which in turn ensures happier customers and stronger financial results. It’s this awareness that has enabled RO-Gruppen to grow profitably.

“Our values and culture are the most important things we have. Ensuring that they remain dynamic requires us all to consider them and adhere to them each and every day, in everything from our decision-making to how we treat one another and our customers. The feeling of trust, commitment, innovation, and job satisfaction must be evident from the outset.”

“We believe that a good company to work for is also a good company to work with.”

Continuing to take on the challenge

RO-Gruppen’s communication is based on the Challenge:Accepted concept, and signals the company’s willingness to always take on new challenges. As before, we’ll focus on our relationships with our customers and our staff. This is key to maintaining our relevance in the future.
