Our Core Values – the result of our employees’ thoughts and ideas

In 2012, we gathered all employees for a two-day conference. The goal was to create a shared set of values and a brand promise that would make it possible to live up to our vision: “We want to build a better world.”
The result was four guiding values: Trust, Commitment, Innovation and Joy at Work – in Swedish abbreviated as FENA.

Because every employee was part of the process, pride in both the brand and the company grew stronger. Today, our employees are our most important brand ambassadors.

Being a FENA

  • Trust
    A FENA builds long-term relationships and is reliable and honest with clients, colleagues, and leaders. A FENA values keeping promises and always following through.

  • Commitment
    A FENA always strives to do their best and to inspire engagement in others. A FENA communicates clearly and listens carefully to the needs of clients and colleagues.

  • Innovation
    A FENA “likes differences,” listens to diverse perspectives, and welcomes new ideas and approaches that enable new solutions. This requires a team-first mindset: the team before the individual.

  • Joy at Work
    A FENA contributes to the open dialogue and involvement that shape our culture. This creates pride and joy at work – the energy that makes us outperform competitors together.

 

FENA of the Year

To inspire and recognize individual employees, we annually award “FENA of the Year” to four colleagues who have gone the extra mile in living up to our values. All employees have the opportunity to nominate their peers.

Our Code of Conduct

To support and ensure that everyone at RO-Gruppen lives up to the standards and expectations of the company, we complement our FENA values with a Code of Conduct that all employees are expected to follow.
